Bahan: 500 g mentega 500 g Dark Chocolate 60%, cincang 300 g gula pasir 10 kuning telur 10 butir telur ayam 150 g tepung terigu 1 sdt cardamom bubuk 1 sdm Mayer's Rhum Cara membuat: Siapkan mangkuk-mangkuk kecil tahan panas. Semir margarin, taburi sedikit terigu. Tim cokelat dan mentega hingga leleh. Angkat. Kocok kuning telur, telur dan gula hingga gula larut. Masukkan campuran cokelat, aduk hingga rata. Tambahkan bahan lainnya. Aduk rata. Tuang ke dalam cetakan-cetakan. Panggang dalam oven panas 180 C selama 12 menit hingga matang. Angkat, sajikan panas dengan Saus berry dan es krim vanili.
